Fabrice has led Les Caves du Forum in Reims since 2004, establishing it as a key reference for Champagne, particularly grower producers. Trained in oenology and viticulture, he also holds a professional certification in Japanese sake from Ultimate Saké. A Champagne specialist with an international perspective, he combines deep regional knowledge with broad experience gained through travel in vineyards worldwide.
He lectures on French and international wine geography at the University of Reims and leads training sessions and conferences focused on geo-sensory tasting—the relationship between geology and flavor.
He was named Caviste of the Year 2017 by La Revue du Vin de France.
